We want you to love what you take home. If something isn't quite right, here's how we can help — and our team is always happy to walk through it with you in store.
Exchange or Store Credit
We do not refund purchases back to cash, debit cards, credit cards, or any other form of payment. Eligible returns may be exchanged or issued as store credit only.
Store Credits Never Expire
Once your store credit is issued, it is yours to use whenever you like. There is no expiry date.
Gifts & Sizing
Shopping for someone else and unsure of their size? Go ahead. If the item isn't quite the right fit or style, eligible regular-priced merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Extended Christmas Exchanges
We typically offer an extended exchange period during the Christmas season so gifts can be sorted out after the holidays. The exact dates vary each year — give us a call or ask in store.
A note on gift cards
Gift cards purchased at Trendys Clothing can only be redeemed at Trendys Clothing. Likewise, gift cards purchased at Trendy Shoes can only be redeemed at Trendy Shoes. Gift cards are available in store.
