Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, the topic you select, and your message.

We don't ask for payment details, and we don't sell anything through this website.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to reply to your question or request. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Service providers

Our contact form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes your message to our email inbox. Our website is hosted by Vercel, which, like most web hosts, keeps short-term technical logs (such as IP addresses and browser type) to keep the site running securely. Some icons on the site are loaded from Google Fonts.

These providers may store or process information outside of Canada, including in the United States.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies or advertising trackers.

To understand how people use our site, we count visits with Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that runs on a server managed by our web developer. Umami does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. It records anonymous, aggregated information such as which pages are viewed, the referring website, and general browser, device, and country details.

Our links to Facebook and Instagram take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Keeping your information

We keep messages only as long as we need them to help you, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just contact us using the details below.
